What I grew up watching jackie Chan movies and tumbling for fun.
The move where he slow-motions backwards through the window-like opening!
Can you imagine what that would look like in a movie, escaping through a window
like that? Holy Shtuff. And the getting dressed while flipping? Tell me thats not crazy!

Seems like fairly normal parkour to me … no less impressive for it, but unless the guy literally is on steroids, it looks pretty standard.

Though I do like the bits where he’s fitting through the extra narrow gaps and getting dressed whilst somersaulting.
