Utica, NY Corrupt Police Caught Planting Evidence

February 11, 2011 — Look closely at the officer @ 1:03 and again @ 1:30 as he pulls a package out of his pocket and grabs it back again from the car. The Utica Phoenix originally reported the story, but apparently they are having some technical difficulties (getting crushed by traffic?). You can read more here.
